Lightwater Valley - 29/07/2010

The club is organising a trip to Lightwater Valley on 29/07/2010. The coach will leave from SRC Bede at 9am, please arrive no later than 8:45am and will leave Lightwater Valley at 5pm.

The cost is as follows:
Children Under 1m tall - £12.50
Anyone over 1m tall - £25.00
Disabled & their carers (up to 2) - £23.50

These prices as such that the trip will be viable with 20 people. Should 35 or more people attend, all prices will be reduced by £5 which will be refunded on the day.
 

If you would like to come, please download the letter, complete the reply slip and return with payment.

Please note that all U12s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Only club members age 12+ may attend unaccompanied. Whilst there will be adults available in case of emergency, they will not accompany people around the park, therefore it is down to the judgement of parents whether they wish their child to come unaccompanied.

Party - 31/07/2010

The club is having a party on 31/07/2010 to raise funds for the club.

The party is at the Salutation in Billingham from 7pm.

Tickets are £3 for club members and additional children, £2 for additional adults. All under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Please note that everyone attending will be assigned an item of food for the buffet table to reduce costs.

Tickets are on sale at the club.

The executive committee of the club reserves the right to refuse admission.
